Poland’s world champion Pawel Fajdek stole the spotlight from his compatriot when he fired his implement out to two successive national records at the 61st Janusz Kusocinski Memorial meeting, part of the IAAF Hammer Throw Challenge, on home soil in Szczecin on Sunday. Going into the circle at one of the oldest one-day meetings in Europe, Fajdek immediately threw 83,83 m, 35 cm more than his own, current national record, then, with the roars having barely died down, his second attempt reached 83,93 m. Thanks that he promoted to the 10th place at the world hammer throw ranking. His throws were the farest since 2008.We are proud, because our Polanik Premium Line hammer ZIOLKOWSKI HAMMER BLACK was used by Fajdek during all attempts.
