One of this year's most important Apeldoorn 2025 European Indoor Championships took place from 6th to 9th of March.

As the Official Supplier of European Athletics, we have filled the arena in Apeldoorn with comprehensive equipment for all championship events. From stands, high jump and pole vault landing areas, through full equipment of the shot put station, accessories necessary for events, relay batons, lane markers for running events, to starting blocks and hurdles. We would like to thank our exclusive distributor on the Dutch market - Tamminga Sport for its efficient cooperation with the realization of this project.

This year's European Athletics Indoor Championships was the 38th edition of this event. Apeldoorn was the host for the first time. More than 700 athletes representing 50 countries could count on the cheering of 27 500 fans. Poland was represented by 29 athletes ⇒ https://pzla.pl/aktualnosci/14299-reprezentacja-polski-na-halowe-mistrzostwa-europy-apeldoorn-2025.

In the previous European Athletics Indoor Championships in Istanbul in 2023, Poland took 15th place on the medal table. Our players have received a total of seven pucks, but not a single gold one. From Turkey, the Poles brought four silver medals and three bronze ones.
So far, the most medals - twelve- were won by representatives of Poland in 1973 in Rotterdam and in 2017 in Belgrade. It was in Serbia that they won the most gold medals in the history of one competition (seven) and won the medal classification. A similar thing happened in 2019 in Glasgow.

In Apeldoorn, Poland took fifth place in the medal classification with four medals: two gold, one silver, and one bronze. On the top step of the podium stood Jakub Szymański in the 60 m hurdle race and Anna Wielgosz in the 800 m. race. Maksymilian Szwed won silver in the 400 m race, while Pia Skrzyszowska won bronze in the 60 m hurdle race.

  1. Netherlands 7 gold, 2 silver 2, 9 medals in total
  2. Italy 3 gold, 1 silver, 2 bronze, 5 medals in total
  3. Norway 3 gold, 1 silver, 1 bronze, 5 medals in total
