It is almost time to start the most important competition of the year - world championships in Tokyo. The battle starts on Saturday, 13th of September.

World championships in athletics will be held for the 20th time, and yet again our equipment will be there at this competition of the highest rank - that includes hammers created with cooperation of Olympic champion and world champion Szymon Ziółkowski. 

The first edition of world championships in athletics was held in Helsinki in 1983. Since then, Polish athletes have won 65 medals - 20 gold and 20 silver and 25 bronze ones. In all time classification we take high 10th place.
During world championships in Tokyo, which will be held until 21st of September, 62 Polish representatives will take part in this competition. White-reds will start on day one.
